Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, except where statutory exceptions apply. Notice of withdrawal may be sent to info@adutgames.com or submitted using the form published on the Right of Withdrawal page. Goods must be returned within 14 days of sending the notice. The consumer bears the direct return costs if informed of this in advance. The merchant refunds payments received, including the standard initial delivery cost where applicable, within the statutory period and subject to statutory conditions; the refund may be withheld until the goods or proof of dispatch are received. The consumer is liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
For card payments, sensitive card information is processed within the bank/payment provider's secure payment environment. The merchant does not receive or store the card security code. If card processing is inactive, this option is not displayed as available. Confirmation of successful payment and any refunds are carried out in accordance with the rules of the selected payment method and applicable regulations.
Card payment refunds are processed through the bank to the card used for payment. Include your order number and contact details in your request; do not email your card number or security code.
