Consumers may submit complaints about purchased goods on grounds of non-conformity or other statutory reasons by emailing info@adutgames.com or writing to the merchant's registered address. Please include your name, contact details, product, purchase date, a description of the problem and proof of purchase (a receipt or other suitable evidence). Original packaging cannot be a mandatory condition for accepting a complaint.
The merchant acknowledges receipt of a complaint and provides its reference number. The merchant responds within 8 days of receipt, with a decision, explanation and proposed resolution; an accepted complaint is resolved within the statutory period, generally no more than 15 days unless the law provides otherwise. An extension is possible only in legally permitted circumstances and with the consumer's consent. The consumer may exercise rights to repair or replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract under the conditions of the Consumer Protection Act. The merchant bears the costs necessary to bring the goods into conformity.
Consumers may contact the competent institutions and use statutory out-of-court consumer dispute resolution mechanisms. The complaints procedure does not exclude other statutory rights.
