To request an exchange of an undamaged, fault-free product, email info@adutgames.com with your order number and a description of the request. Voluntary exchanges outside statutory rights require prior agreement and depend on product availability. Any exchange costs must be disclosed before agreement.
This procedure does not restrict the consumer's statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase or rights relating to goods that do not conform to the contract. If a product is incorrectly delivered, damaged or non-conforming, the complaints procedure and the customer's statutory rights apply.
